Expansion
SMO will develop and maintain capacity and increase knowledge and skills of its personnel by preparing training curriculum and guidelines, conducting on-the-job training for staff and technical supervision.
Nawa radio will expand to more provinces throughout the country and will let every Afghan to benefit from the radio programs.
Gandahara Production Unit will try its effort to have more marketing competitions for better services and having more customers.
Fajer Printing Press efforts to have more marketing competitions to attract customers and it will develop the capacity of control and quality of print.
SABA monthly magazine “A Social and Cultural Value Advocator” will be printed with 60 pages on four sections such as family section, youth’s section, Education section and entertainment section. The magazine will be printed from January 2008 with 2000 volumes in color and black and white.
The book section will be reactivated in 2008, and will print 10 books for the coming year.
The preparatory works of Saba television are completed. SABA TV is now a registered TV station in Afghanistan. The broadcast will be started in 2008.

Diversified financial strategies for sustainability:
SMO will design and develop more proposals that will assist SMO in achievement of its goals and will look for the donors for funding possibilities.
SMO will also seek the opportunity to have more influence in the market and will encourage business people to promote their business by making the community aware of their business through media.
